Lehkhabu is a digital platform owned and operated by Siruk Consultancy, based in Aizawl, Mizoram.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Purchases and Payment
- Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
- Digital Products: E-books and digital content are strictly for personal use. Redistribution, piracy, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account ban and legal action.
4. Vendor & Author Agreement
By registering as a Vendor (Author/Publisher), you agree to the following:
- Content Ownership: You retain copyright of your work. You grant Lehkhabu a non-exclusive license to display, sell, and distribute your content on our platform.
- Royalties: Royalties are calculated based on the net sales price as per the rate agreed upon during registration.
- Settlements: Payouts are processed upon request through the Vendor Dashboard, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹500.
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property, or violates community standards.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Physical Books: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Return shipping costs may apply unless the error is ours.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of E-books are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, unless the file is proven to be corrupt.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siruk Consultancy and Lehkhabu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, data loss, or the purchase of any products.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aizawl, Mizoram.
